Counselor's Corner

Welcome to the Bud Beasley's Counselor's Corner

Beasley Counseling Mission and Vision Statement:

Bud Beasley Elementary School is committed to providing a comprehensive counseling program that supports the growth and development of the whole person while ensuring a safe, equitable, and positive learning environment for every student.  Wellness is at the heart of our program to ensure that each student and staff member is able to reach their full potential.

Social-emotional and academic success will be supported by providing learning strategies, self-management skills, and social skills. Students will be able to identify their feelings, self-regulate, and communicate with others effectively while demonstrating empathy.  Opportunities for career exploration will be highlighted, and students will be able to link their everyday learning to their future success. The students at Beasley Elementary are courageous learners who use their strengths and talents to help their school, family, and communities.

The school counseling program consists of grade-level specific guidance lessons, small group counseling, and individual counseling services that provide students with skills to become independent, caring, and responsible members of society and successful lifelong learners.
